Sono state raccolte le domande di preselezione della gara per la costruzione della strada Ağrı - Hamur - Tutak - Patnos. Il 6 maggio 200 sono state raccolte le domande pre-elettorali del bando per i "Lavori di costruzione della sezione di Ağrı- Hamur - Tutak - Patnos Yolu Km: 44 + 200 - 22 + 2013", che sarà tenuto dal Dipartimento Programma e monitoraggio della Direzione generale delle autostrade turche (TCK).
